Duties and tasks As a Personal Assistant, you work in the individual's home in accordance with the LSS Act. The services are with a female user who lives outside the central city. You will support and help the user based on the implementation plan in accordance with LSS values and the user's needs. Documentation is an important part of the work. You will be part of a team with 5 other assistants, but the work places high demands on independence and responsibility as you work alone. You will also have close cooperation with other relevant activities in the municipality such as the Health Care Team (HSV). Working hours are day, evening and night shifts. The services are divided into 3 services day / evening and 3 services awake night. Qualifications We are looking for you with relevant education for the services, for example personal assistance training or care and care program. - You are solution-focused with a supportive and motivating approach and have a low-effective approach. - You have a clear user focus and are responsive and have a good ability to collaborate with users, relatives and other people / professionals in the user's network. - It is important that you have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, e.g. establish, evaluate and follow up implementation plans. - You can perform various care measures on behalf of health care professionals. Experience working as a personal assistant is an advantage, preferably with experience of ALS. Furry animals are in the user's home, therefore we are also looking for those who do not have fur allergies. B-driving license is a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We offer you a probationary period of 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment with access as soon as possible.
