Knut Lundmarkskolan is a primary school with students in preschool class - year 3, as well as an adapted primary school with students in years 1-6. In total, there are approximately 250 students at the school. The school is centrally located with a sports hall, ice rink, swimming hall, sports field and green areas. You work in close collaboration with the entire school's staff, students and guardians. You are part of the school's student health team and work with observations and supervision of teaching teachers. You carry out surveys and investigations regarding special support. You actively contribute to the entire development of the school and take responsibility for the students reaching as far as possible in their knowledge development. Qualifications You are a qualified special education teacher with experience of working with students in the earlier years of primary school. You have knowledge of and experience in working with extra adaptations and special support. You have good written skills and are used to working with educational mapping and investigations regarding special support. You have an extraordinary level of commitment and are easily adaptable depending on the needs of the school and the students. You are a clear leader who creates security and is a role model. You work in an inspiring way and engage with the students and their goals through a coaching approach. We are looking for educators who are skilled leaders, who are creative and flexible. You understand the importance of creating good relationships, have a low-affective attitude that is imbued with a belief in the students' knowledge and participation in learning. You are prepared to, together with colleagues, reflect on your and others' approach and treatment. Good insight into the school's mission and knowledge of current regulations is a prerequisite.
