The swimming center is part of the Culture and Leisure department. We are now hiring full-time staff.

Job Responsibilities

You will work at a swimming facility performing typical duties such as lifeguarding, swimming instruction, water aerobics, baby swimming, and other group activities. Your duties will include all forms of facility maintenance, as well as assisting staff in the sports halls as needed.

The position also involves cashier, reception, and café duties with varying responsibilities.

In this role, you will use a computer as a natural and essential tool. Scheduled work hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

Applicants must be experienced swimmers and be able to swim 25 meters, perform lifesaving at a depth of 3.6 meters, and tow an adult of equivalent size for 25 meters. Tests will be conducted prior to employment. Completion of lifeguard or pool lifesaving training—or other equivalent training—is considered a plus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is a requirement for this position, but we would welcome proficiency in additional languages.
