We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and assistant nurses who work closely together to put the patient's needs at the center. Your role As an assistant nurse with us, you have a key role in the patient-oriented work. Your duties include: - Performing delegated healthcare tasks (e.g. sampling, wound dressing and medication management). - Observing and reporting patients' health status to the nurse in charge - Documentation according to current legislation in our operational systems. - Providing support and care that promotes patient independence and quality of life Who are you? We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse, or you who have an ongoing education as a nurse. To thrive in the role, we look for you to: - Are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in people. - Have a good ability to work independently and take your own initiative, but also appreciate teamwork. - Are responsive, flexible and have a positive attitude even in stressful situations. - Have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
