The service involves work with housing support according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Working hours are scheduled for day and evening hours and weekend work. Lone work occurs. Collaboration with other activities takes place continuously. Duties and tasks Support and guide the user in their daily life based on the granted intervention. You work from an individual perspective and the user's implementation plan. You must understand the meaning of SoL and LSS and accept and follow the legislation. The daily work is entered into the planning tool Plan and is carried out by housing support assistants in Act via mobile phone. Administrative tasks such as documentation and planning are computerized and an important part of the work. Computer skills are required as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing. Flexible schedules are set in Time Care. The work includes contact and collaboration with relatives, SoL and LSS administrators and psychiatry. As a person, you are confident, stable and have good self-awareness. You distinguish between the personal and the professional and act in a way that is adapted to the situation. The goal is to help the person develop, gain self-confidence and find good strategies to cope with everyday life. Qualifications Nursing and care program with a focus on disability/psychiatry, social educator or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Knowledge and experience of working in the field of disability as well as psychiatry, neuropsychiatry and addiction is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and qualities such as teamwork and responsibility. Flexibility is a requirement as work at Björkgatan's support and service housing and the daily activity Aktivitetshuset occurs. B-driving license is required. You must have a good ability to handle difficult situations while providing professional treatment. You must have strong faith in people's ability to change and develop. Knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing) is an advantage. Other duties We offer you a permanent position of 100% with access 2025-10-19 or as agreed. The salary is individual, state salary claims.
