Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include teaching at the cultural school. We are primarily looking for a teacher with a broad range of skills, with a focus on vocals, drums, guitar, bass, and piano. Lessons are conducted both individually and in groups. Concerts are held.
As a teacher at the cultural school, your role is to motivate and give every student the opportunity to develop successfully. You will actively contribute to the school’s overall development and take responsibility for ensuring that students reach their full potential.
Qualifications
You are a certified music teacher or have other music training, pedagogical training, or experience deemed to qualify you for the position.
Your primary instrument is vocals, drums, guitar, bass, or piano.
Proficiency in a secondary instrument is a plus.
You have a pedagogical approach and adapt your teaching to the student’s level.
You collaborate easily with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
You should have a positive outlook on life, but above all, you should be someone who feels joy, enthusiasm, and curiosity about this role and the challenges it entails.
This is a permanent, 50% position. Start date to be agreed upon, taking into account any notice period.
An extract from the police’s suspicion and criminal records register is required. Recruitment is contingent upon the necessary decisions being made. We may require a probationary period for new hires.
