Duties

As a teacher at the middle school, your main task is to be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing teaching. At Parkskolan, you will focus on the learning mission and work in a dynamic environment with a strong idea that school success is based on collaboration - collaboration between teachers and students, between school and home, and between the various competencies of the school unit. You are responsible for creating a good learning environment both spatially and socially and you are expected to work on both your teaching and the whole school unit's quality development. Mentorship is included in the service as you will be a class teacher for a group of students.

Qualifications

You have a teacher's license with the right to teach in the early years of primary school, grades 4-6. We are looking for teachers who are skilled leaders. It is important that you are able to lead your student group in a relational way while optimizing your students' development by both supporting and challenging your students in learning. You adapt your teaching to the needs of the group and individual students. Experience and knowledge of working with children with special needs is an advantage.

Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The position is a permanent position of 100% with access 2026-08-12. We may apply probationary employment for new recruitment.
