Nattens hemtjänstgrupp operates in ordinary housing. Natten's home care group is part of home care area 1, which also consists of Violen's home care group, Diamanten's home care group, a coordinator and a unit manager. The operation implements decisions under the Social Services Act. Operations are conducted 7 days a week, around the clock, all year round. Qualifications We are looking for you with relevant education in health and social care, equivalent to an assistant nurse, and/or experience who enjoys working with people. You have a positive outlook on life and an ability to be flexible in your priorities of work tasks and working hours. You will work interprofessionally with different professions, consisting of assistant nurse, nurse, assistance officer occupational therapist, physiotherapist and unit manager. - Driving license: B. - You have good skills in expressing yourself in speech and writing, such as drawing up, evaluating and following up implementation plans. - You can perform various care activities on behalf of health professionals. - You have the ability to work in a person-centered and solution-focused way with a supportive and motivating approach. - You can work independently and take decisions required by the professional role while interacting with your own and other professional groups. - Great importance is attached to personal suitability. - An extract from the police criminal record is a requirement. Merits - Trained nurse with professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. - Work experience in care with good references.
