Job duties: - Coordination, reallocation of existing staff resources to meet peaks and valleys of input needs in daily work. - Schedule planning - Co-planning/scheduling to resolve short-term absences up to 14 days. - Substitution planning for absences longer than 14 days. - Receiving and recording sick and well reports. - Some administrative support to the Head of Unit, e.g. coordination for training, vacation planning, documentation, etc. Qualifications: - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Good knowledge and experience of scheduling, working time laws, etc. - Ability to work independently. - Good ability to work flexibly - Experience in care work. - Experience of working with a computer and experience of Time Care and Personec software would be an advantage. Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities as this is a prerequisite for success in the professional role. Other duties You will work closely with heads of unit and teams. Selection of candidates will be based on the evaluation of qualifications and personal suitability. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6.30 - 15.30. 40-hour working week with application of the annual working time agreement including flexitime. We offer you a 100% temporary position for the period 251201-260830. An extract from the Police's criminal record is required for employment.
