We look forward to your application with us! We are now looking for a therapist Adult to Öppenhälsan - Älvsbyn. We are looking for a positive, competent and self-driven therapist. In Älvsbyn municipality, we help each other and work together to achieve good results. The operational area is called Adult, family and student health. You will be part of the adult and family activities and as a therapist with us you work primarily with interventions that are decided by investigating social workers. Your work tasks As a therapist with a focus on harmful use and addiction, you are based on a systemic approach and on the national guidelines, which include motivational and treatment conversations and family support. You will also work with domestic violence, both victims and perpetrators. You will conduct treatment work both individually and in groups. The work is carried out on the premises of the organization or, if appropriate, in the client/family's home Work with victims and perpetrators of violence is also included: treatment is individualized and takes place individually or, if appropriate, in groups. Motivational work and counseling on various issues are a big part of our work. Your tasks will mainly be to work on the basis of the assignments we receive from the social secretaries with victims of violence, but also perpetrators of violence who seek help. We also work with victims and perpetrators of violence who seek support directly from us. The assignment includes ongoing documentation in the Pulsen/Combine medical record system. Some work with outreach information and development work occurs. Most of our working hours are daytime. On some occasions we also work in the evening. An important part of the work is collaboration with other actors both internally within IFO and the rest of the municipality but also with external actors such as primary care, psychiatry and police. Qualifications / requirements To be relevant for the service, you must have the following: - Social worker or other education that the employer considers relevant - Experience of work in the field of dependence / addiction and motivational work - Experience of treatment work in domestic violence - B driving license Meritorious is: - Experience of working in an assignment/follow-up organization - Experience of working with various evidence-based methods, for example. MI, CRA/ACRA, ÅP, 12 step method, SoV & SoF, FREDA, Patriarch, break-up processes and honor-related problems. - Experience of individual-centered work such as IBIC. - Experience of working with people with mental health problems. - Experience of working in the Pulsen Combine documentation system. - Relevant education in the knowledge area of domestic violence. Knowledge of current legislation, social services work and treatment work As a person, you are confident, stable and have self-awareness.
