The positions involve work as support assistants at the daily activity Aktivitetshuset according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service to Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). The day activities are constantly evolving and are increasingly becoming "real jobs" for our participants. The day activities interact with the care SoL and LSS homes and housing support. Work in these activities may occur. Working hours are during the day, but evening and weekend work may also be relevant in some cases. One of the positions has a placement in social psychiatry, the other position has a placement in intellectual disability. Duties and tasks Supervise participants based on the granted intervention and individual abilities. You must understand the meaning of SoL and LSS and accept and comply with the legislation. You establish and work on the basis of the individual's implementation plan and realize the importance of documentation, follow-up and evaluation in order to achieve the goals for the individual and the business. You have knowledge and skills in designing clarifying structures for the individual, such as working with image support, schedules and digital tools. Administrative tasks such as documentation and planning as well as scheduling are computerized and an important part of the work. Computer skills are required as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing. You are a team player while you must be able to work independently, be committed and work solution-focused. You should also be able to change/improve with the help of various methods in social psychiatry and intellectual disability. The work includes contact and collaboration with relatives, staff from service housing / group housing, SoL and LSS administrators and housing support workers. You participate in training, workplace meetings, team meetings and network meetings. The work requires you to physically participate with the participants in their work tasks, such as anti-slip work, street cleaning and recycling work. If necessary, you should be able to take over the task. You will also participate in wellness activities with the participants. You will be flexible and able to adapt quickly based on the joint morning planning, the individual's daily routine and the needs of other activities. Qualifications Education at upper secondary level equivalent to the health and care program for professional training as an assistant nurse with a focus on disability / psychiatry, or education and skills that the employer considers equivalent. As a person, you are confident, stable and have good self-awareness. You distinguish between the personal and the professional and act in a way that is adapted to the situation. You also need to possess qualities such as good teamwork and responsibility Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities. A B driving license is required. Merits -Ability and documented experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviors while providing professional treatment. -Training/experience in MI and FUNCA.
