
Now we are looking for therapists for Öppenhälsan - Älvsbyn. We are looking for a positive, competent and self-driven therapist. In Älvsbyn municipality, we help each other and work together to achieve good results.
You will be part of the children and family business and as a therapist with us, you work primarily with interventions that are decided by investigating social workers.
Your tasks
Treatment in our outpatient care is above all about being creative and daring to think new. We work in close collaboration with the various social services units. Based on the needs of the families, we create together with the families, how we will work to achieve set goals. The work includes treated conversations aimed at children and parents.
As a person, you are safe, stable and have self-insight. As a person, you are stress-resistant, responsible and easy to collaborate both internally and externally. You are expected to have a professional approach and treatment and see alternative solutions to problems. You have a keen interest in people and see development work as an exciting and creative challenge. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
The work is carried out on the premises of the business or, if appropriate, in the client's / family's home. We work both individually and together with another family counselor depending on the nature of the assignments.
Most of our working hours are daytime. On some occasions, we also work in the evening.
The assignment includes ongoing documentation in the Pulsen / Combine medical record system. Work with outreach information and conducting development work occurs.
Right now we are in an exciting development phase based on the new SoL, this may mean changed tasks.
An important part of the work is collaboration with other actors both internally within Individual and Family Care and the rest of the municipality but also with external actors such as schools, primary care and BUP.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in social work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Experience of family treatment with experience of including children and young people.
- Good Swedish in speech and writing.
- B-driving license
Additional:
- Knowledge of current legislation, social services work and treatment work
- Experience of working on assignment against goals and with follow-up in social services.
- Further training in MI, ABC, Signs of safety,
