We look forward to your application with us! The swimming pool is part of the culture and leisure area. We are now looking for a full-time supervisor. Work tasks As a supervisor, you will, among other things, be responsible for the daily operation to ensure that the goals are achieved. The role will suit you who are enterprising, who think new and want to develop an exciting business. The role will initially consist of supervising 25% of the staff and 75% of the bathing staff. As this is a new position, the role may evolve over time. The mission will be to get to know the business, transform ideas into reality, and develop roles, routines and the business into an appreciated meeting place. In the role, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching other pool staff, i.e. the team that will be on site, a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will work in a swimming facility with its usual tasks such as lifeguarding, swimming lessons, water aerobics, baby swimming and other group activities. The tasks include all forms of cleaning, as well as supporting performers in the sports halls when necessary. The service also includes cashier, reception and café activities with varying tasks. In your work, you use the computer as a natural and important tool. Scheduled working hours that include day, evening and weekend. Qualifications We would like to see that you have training in work management and experience in management. We would also like you to have completed lifeguard training or other training that is tested equally. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Continuous learning in order to develop both the business and yourself is something you find important. You enjoy organizing various activities and work with the aim of ensuring that our visitors are very satisfied with their bathing experience and want to return. You are safety conscious, responsible, committed and stand for values such as mutual respect, tolerance and openness. Good teamwork skills are a matter of course for you. We expect you to have a high level of service in your work. You should be an experienced swimmer and should be able to swim 25 meters, save lives at a depth of 3.6 meters and tow the equivalent adult person 25 meters. Tests will be conducted before employment. Mastering the Swedish language in speech and writing is a prerequisite for this service, but we would like you to master more languages.
