
Aquatech is seeking a Site Quality Inspector with expertise in welding & Mechanical inspection to support a high-profile construction project.

What You’ll Do
· Oversee welding and mechanical activities performed by subcontractors.
· Ensure all work complies with project specifications, EN standards, and Swedish/European regulations.
· Collaborate with clients, Aquatech teams, NOBO agency representatives, and subcontractors.
· Identify and report quality deviations, manage rework, and close out discrepancies.
· Deliver daily & weekly inspection reports with observations, corrective actions, and updates.

What You Bring
Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent English communication skills
Understanding of European welding regulations and standards Expertise in welding inspection and documentation review

Certifications & Experience
· IWI (International Welding Inspector) – Or equivalent Experience.
· Certification or 5+ years of experience in welding inspection
· Experience with EN standards and fabrication in new construction settings
· NDT certifications in PT, MT, UT, RT, is a big plus!

Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift/move up to 25 kg
· Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on scaffolding
· Must wear PPE on site
· Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
