We are now looking for an Account Manager for southern Sweden, based in Skåne to continue to develop our portfolio within Infusion Therapies & Technologies, with a particular focus on clinical nutrition and fluid therapy in the hospital environment. In addition, there will be products such as additives and accessories for both triple chamber bags and extempore manufacturing as well as intravenous fluids, flushing fluids and accessories.

About the role

As Account Manager, you will have a key role in strengthening Baxter's position in the market. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing customer relationships, primarily with physicians, dietitians, pharmacists and nurses in neonatal, pediatric and adult end-of-life care.
• Achieve sales targets and implement strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the development of strategic plans for products and services in Sweden.
• Active involvement in procurement processes, from liaising with buyers to assisting our procurement department with product data and analysis.

You will be part of our Nordic team - a group of dedicated and professional colleagues who work closely together to find the best solutions for our customers.

Qualifications:

• Medical background, preferably as a dietitian, nurse or similar.
• Experience in healthcare, especially in clinical nutrition or fluid therapy.
• Interest in sales and business development, with strong business acumen.
• Ability to create and develop long-term relationships, both digitally and physically.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare system and relevant actors in sales and procurement processes.
• Driving license and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
