At our manufacturing facility in Alvik, Luleå, we produce patient lifts, slings, and other accessories. Our products are used to lift and move people in nursing homes, special education schools, hospitals, and homes around the world. We won the Swedish Lean Award in 2021, so our Lean initiatives and continuous improvement are a natural part of our operations, where you’ll play a key role.

About the Position

We’re currently looking for a sling production operator for our facility in Luleå. Your main responsibilities will be to produce our lifting slings. Our production process involves sewing the lifting slings on a variety of sewing machines and ensuring product quality. We won the Swedish Lean Award in 2021, so our Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts are a natural part of our operations, where you will play a key role.

At our production facility in Alvik, just outside Luleå, we offer a clean and modern work environment with ergonomically designed workstations. You’ll be part of a friendly team of 17 employees of various ages. We offer lunch at a discounted price at our nearby restaurant, and we have a staff gym and a wellness allowance.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and open to change. To succeed in this role, you should be a strong team player who can also work independently. Experience in sewing or working in a production setting is a plus but not required. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Other qualities we value include being meticulous, organized, and a good team player.

You must be at least 18 years old.

Employment Type

Permanent position, beginning with a 6-month fixed-term contract. It is advantageous to have a driver’s license and your own car to be able to travel to Alvik, as bus service is limited.

Full-time; working hours are during the day from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
