Liko AB is part of the Baxter Group and in Alvik outside Luleå we have about 110 employees where we produce our patient lifts, slings and related products. We are now looking for an operator for our lifting production. At Baxter, we are bound together by our mission. Your main duties will be to produce and deliver our personal lifts, which involves assembly, testing and packaging. We won the Swedish Lean Award 2021 so our Lean work and continuous improvements are a natural part of our business where you will have an important role with the opportunity to influence.

In our production in Alvik outside Luleå, we offer a clean and modern work environment with ergonomically adapted workstations. You will be part of a pleasant work group consisting of 15 employees of mixed ages. We offer lunch at a favorable price at our nearby restaurant and we have a staff gym and wellness allowance.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a few years of work experience preferably in industry or similar work. It is important that you are responsible, careful, reliable and see opportunities in change. To succeed in your work, you should be a good team player who can also work independently and take your own initiative. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement.

A requirement is that you must be 18 years of age.

Employment form

Tillvidare that begins with 6 months of fixed-term employment. It is advantageous to have a driving license and your own car to be able to get out to Alvik as bus connections are limited.

The service is full-time, working hours are daytime at 7-16.
