We are now looking for a material planner to join our logistics team. The team currently consists of 14 employees who work as logistics specialists or forklift drivers. If you start working with us, you will have colleagues who are competent, ambitious and who have good cohesion. You are given a great opportunity to develop in your role and within the company if you start with us.

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career in logistics and who want to develop and get the basics as a logistics specialist. In this position, you will also gain a good understanding of how a manufacturing industry works.

The basis of the role of material planner is to plan and order materials for production and ensure that deliveries are sent on time. Examples of tasks include booking transportation, managing shipping documents and packaging and delivery plans. You will also work with customs clearance and be part of production planning. The role includes a lot of contact with our customers and suppliers. Since we are a support function, a large part of the job is also to support production.

Qualifications

To be the right person for the position, you need to either have training in logistics, purchasing or similar or a few years of administrative experience in logistics. It is also a requirement that you have good Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You need to have previously worked in Excel. If you have also used SAP or similar systems, it is an advantage.

In this position, we value your personal qualities highly. We are looking for you who want to develop in the field and are therefore positive about new tasks. You also need to be structured, like challenges and enjoy working at a fast pace. Furthermore, it is important that you can prioritize when there is a lot to do. If you are also good at communicating with others, that's great.
