We are looking for an HR Generalist for a temporary position of 4 months. The temporary position may be extended in due course. As an HR Generalist at BENTELER, you will support managers and employees based on their needs and help drive and develop HR processes. The days look very different and below is among other things what is included in the service.

• Supporting recruitment processes and working with search
• Introducing staff
• Following up sickness figures and other HR key figures
• Working with communication in the form of updating information screens and writing newsletters.
• Administrative tasks such as handling hiring and termination as well as training administration

We are only two people in the HR department, so we have a close collaboration and an open dialog.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your HR career and who want to grow during a period with us. You have a relevant education in human resources or behavioral sciences and have preferably worked for a few years in, for example, recruitment. You have good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. Furthermore, you have easy to learn new IT systems and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

It is meritorious if you have worked in industry or alongside your studies have been involved in association activities or the like.
