As a production manager, you have a key role in the daily operations, which includes work management, production planning and reporting. You will contribute to two of our most important areas: people and quality. That's why we set a clear training plan from the start to give you the opportunity to become the best leader.

Your duties include personnel responsibility and work management of your team with the help of team leaders. Other examples of tasks are:

• Motivate, support and develop your team
• Clarify goals and responsibilities
• Further develop quality processes
• Manage health and safety work
• Ensure good relations with other departments
• Drive project and improvement work

We have a total of three production managers in the factory and together they are responsible for about 110 production employees and team leaders. As a production manager, you report to the production manager.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of production manager, it is important that you are interested in people, quality work and technology and enjoy when there is a lot going on. This is a job for those who want a varied job where no two days are the same. You need to have a completed upper secondary education and at least three years of experience in a management position with personnel responsibility from the manufacturing industry. It is an advantage if you have worked in the automotive industry. In this position, you also need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also a requirement that you are used to using different types of computer programs. If you have experience in Lean Production, have a B-driving license or have worked with SAP, it is an advantage.
