Job description

We are looking for a new team leader for our welding department. In the department we work with robotic welding of aluminum safety parts for passenger cars.

You will be part of a team of three team leaders who report to one of our production managers. There are approximately 60 employees working in the department and together with the other team leaders you will be responsible for managing them.

The role of team leader is important as you both support and help your team while ensuring delivery to the customer. Your main tasks will be:

• Motivate, support and develop your team
• Plan staffing based on production needs and budget
• Ensure that the production plan is followed
• Ensure 5S and that other procedures and BENTELER standards are followed
• Solve problems, handle improvement suggestions and answer questions from employees

As a team leader, you work 3 shifts.

Qualifications

The applicant needs to have

• completed upper secondary education
• several years of experience working in industry and
• at least one year of experience in a management position.

It is also a requirement that you have a B-driving license, can communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and English and that you have good computer skills.

If you have experience from the automotive industry, it is meritorious.
