Welcome to the Labor market and education administration in Boden municipality!
The basic mission of the Labor Market and Education Administration is to get people to grow, study and take a place in the labor market. Now we are looking for you who want to work to increase the labor supply in Boden and be part of the team that, in collaboration with the Social Administration's Individual and Family Care, works to get more people self-sufficient. Together, we are developing a way of working to lift the workforce resource we have in the municipality in the form of people who neither work nor study and who receive financial assistance.

Tasks included in the position include working in a strengthening and relational way with participants, which contributes to increased empowerment and making the needs and resources of the participants visible. You motivate and inspire and sometimes you carry out group activities and initiatives planned in collaboration with colleagues.

With the right support, each participant can take steps towards work and studies and thereby gain greater opportunities for empowerment. In the role of labor market coach, you will meet a wide range of people with different challenges. It is important that both the employer and you as an employee feel that the position is right for you. Therefore, we apply trial employment for 6 months.
The workplace is centrally located in Boden, but parts of the work will take place in other arenas in collaboration with a variety of businesses and employers.
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in a relevant field and the ability to create and nurture contacts/collaborations with both participants, businesses and business. You have a good ability to work independently, take your own initiative and work process-oriented.
You have communicative skills and knowledge of solution-focused conversation methodology or MI, motivational conversations and experience of development and change work.
You have a genuine interest in the task of getting people to grow and take their place in society through work or studies, as well as the ability to drive collaborative processes through a trust-based approach.
You are responsive and have a good ability to create trusting relationships when working with the target group and the businesses and companies we collaborate with, and are skilled in professional conversation and driven in motivational efforts.
You are confident in yourself, flexible and comfortable with developing work. You have the ability to work constructively and forward-looking in teams as well as independently. Furthermore, you are non-prestige, solution-focused, change-oriented and curious and have a holistic perspective, analytical ability and can quickly settle into new tasks.
B driver's license is required for the position.
