We are now looking for a committed labor market consultant for JobbCenter. You will be a key person for people with employment decisions under the Disability Support and Services Act (LSS) and the Social Services Act (SoL). Together, we work to ensure that people with various forms of functional variations receive the support they need to live as independent a life as possible.
As a labor market consultant, you work based on a holistic view of the individual and the assignment, with the aim of facilitating a quick entry into employment, with the goal that this can lead to studies and work. You are part of a multi-competent team of people who work with various forms of labor market interventions. The work is varied as you meet different people with different needs and conditions. Therefore, it is of great importance that you can work flexibly and structured, and that you must be curious about the person you meet and, in collaboration with our network and other professions, see the possibilities for each unique individual. In the assignment, you will collaborate internally with managers and group leaders within the Work and employment unit and Jobbcenter's other labor market consultants. You will be an important part of meeting external employers, the upper secondary school and the social administration's various handlers. The assignment also includes collaborating with external authorities and organizations such as the employment agency, the Social Insurance Agency and the Region.
The assignment includes following up the results and quality of the operations and being involved in developing the work with documentation in the various system tools that JobbCenter uses.
We are looking for someone who has a great interest in people, the labor market, education and social issues. You are used to organizing your work independently and you are confident in yourself and have a good ability to create trust, energy and commitment. You have a relevant university or college education such as behavioral scientist, sociologist, social anthropologist, occupational therapist or other education/work experience that the employer deems equivalent. As a person, you are responsive and have the ability to adapt your way of conveying your message to the recipient. You value differences and understand how background, different cultures and group affiliations can affect yourself and others.
We would like you to have experience of work based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on support and services for certain disabled persons (LSS).
You are used to working with various system tools to support your work.
We will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
Please attach teaching ID or diploma. Extracts from the load register must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school.
