The individual and family care team's (IFO's) team organization consists of a reception team and two authority teams focusing on the individual and the family, respectively, and a team that consists of combined outpatient care. The authority teams work multi-competently, i.e. several different specializations are represented and have a close collaboration around the client, which also contributes to a safe as well as developing work environment for the employees.
Individual and family care in the municipality of Boden is a workplace with a fast pace and pleasant co-workers. In addition to this, there is constant development work with adaptation to changes in society and changes in legislation.
The quality manager's main task is to work with development and quality issues within all branches of Individual and Family Care.
The quality manager is directly subordinate to the operations manager to lead and develop the work within IFO in terms of the following: Method development, environmental analysis, follow-up, evaluation and research and development. The quality manager is also responsible for leading regular professional meetings. The quality manager is part of the business's management team together with team managers and operations manager.
The work requires knowledge of the extensive regulatory framework that regulates individual and family care. You must have knowledge of legislation, social treatment work, various treatment options and interventions and their content, as well as be at the forefront of environmental monitoring.
The assignment also includes implementing national perspectives locally. Knowledge of the missions of other authorities and social bodies is also necessary, as is general knowledge of people's living conditions and how these are affected by societal changes. You are also responsible for taking part in the development of knowledge within all of IFO's work areas.
You must be able to express yourself in writing in a matter-of-fact and correct way and, as a quality manager, be a role model in terms of investigation structure, fact-gathering and processing of facts.
We are looking for you with a degree in sociology and experience of work in individual and family care and thus knowledge of current legislation and working methods. You have experience in goal management and good knowledge of method and quality work and understand the importance of follow-up and evaluation. You must have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and be used to handling IT-based business systems. Great importance is placed on personal suitability for the job, such as good analytical skills, being able to work on several levels, ability to a structured way of working. Good cooperation skills are a prerequisite for success in the assignment and, in addition, collaboration across business boundaries and having knowledge of the conditions of different businesses.
