The quality manager is directly subordinate to the operational manager and is part of the operational area's management team. The scope of the position is full-time and lasts until 2025-01-31 with the possibility of extension. WORK DUTIES Your main tasks are to develop the work within the business in terms of the following: Process support for the activities within the business and its working groups, e.g. training efforts, projects, environmental analysis and method development Monitors research and development in the area. Collaborate with other groups and organizations within the Municipality. Continuous and ongoing collaboration and dialogue with the responsible business manager, unit managers and employees within legitimate professional professions. Cooperation with quality managers in other operational areas is included. Responsibility for environmental monitoring of the operational area, which also includes municipal health care. Quality assurance and ensuring evidence-based methods. The quality manager reports directly to the operations manager, is part of the operation's management team and has a proactive and driving way of working and supports both the unit managers' quality work and the operations manager's strategic quality responsibility. The quality manager will, together with the business manager and unit managers, plan the long-term change and follow-up work within the business area. The quality manager is responsible for collecting and compiling documentation for the social welfare committee and is also responsible for reporting the internal control plan. The quality manager is in charge of the overall and cohesive work, while the unit managers are responsible for operationally implementing it in the business. The work involves a high degree of independence. QUALIFICATIONS You must be a registered nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist. Professional experience in municipal health care is advantageous. You have experience in goal management and good knowledge of method and quality work and understand the importance of follow-up and evaluation. You must have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and be used to handling IT-based business systems. Great importance is placed on personal suitability for the job, such as good analytical skills, being able to work on several levels, ability to a structured way of working. Good cooperation skills are a prerequisite for success in the assignment and, in addition, collaboration across business boundaries and having knowledge of the conditions of different businesses.
