You will be one of three unit managers for personal assistance. You will be part of the business area's management team. The temporary position is 6 months with the possibility of extension. WORK DUTIES As unit manager, you lead, develop and follow up the business to reach set goals. You are responsible for budget, personnel, work environment and business development. Together with the employees, you work for quality development with the LSS Act as a basis. As head of unit, you are responsible for planning operations based on current legislation, the municipality's target and steering documents. You have a clear and close leadership that should be characterized by cooperation, coordination and development. The assignment includes leading and, jointly with the employees, developing the quality of the work based on the user's needs. Together with other managers in the business's management team, you manage business-related issues from an overall perspective. You are responsible for collaboration being carried out internally and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with adequate university education in social work or other university education deemed equivalent. You have managerial experience and experience in the field of disability. You have experience in goal management and good knowledge of method and quality work and understand the importance of follow-up and evaluation. You have good leadership qualities. You have the ability to enthuse staff groups towards development and change. You create clarity, participation and motivate your employees. You are outgoing and can respond to employees, users and relatives in a way that creates trust. You must have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and be used to handling IT-based business systems. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. It is advantageous if you have experience of being a manager in the field of personal assistance, LSS. B driving license required.
