The Finance Department has overall responsibility for developing, leading and coordinating the municipality's strategic work in the areas of business management, finance and purchasing and procurement. Other tasks include providing advice, support and services to politicians, managers and others. In the municipality, the administrative processes are centralized and the financial support to the committees / administrations is therefore gathered with us at the finance department. We are now looking for an accounting assistant in the accounting unit of the finance department. You will be part of a team of 11 people working in the municipality's accounting unit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As an accounting assistant in the municipality of Boden, your duties will consist of ongoing bookkeeping and work within the municipality's supplier and customer invoice process. The role also includes other financial administration in the accounting area. Within the process(es) you work with, you participate in the work with monthly, interim and annual accounts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education in finance. You must have the ability to independently plan, organize and carry out your work. You should be meticulous, have a high level of service, good collaboration skills and always have the customer in focus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
