The unit consists of five administrators and shares a manager with the municipality's office. We are responsible for supervising guardians, trustees and guardians and ensuring that both children and adults have their financial, legal and personal interests protected. 1 seat(s). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a caseworker you will work both independently and in a team. Your main tasks are to: - Processing cases under the Parental Code - Exercise supervision over representatives - Reviewing reports from guardians and trustees - Perform administrative tasks such as registration and management of personal files - Collaborate with internal and external actors - Participate in development and improvement work, with an extra focus on digitization QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an administrator who is motivated by being part of a working group but where you independently handle cases of guardianship, trusteeship and guardianship in accordance with the provisions of the Parental Code. For this role we are looking for you who have: - You have a suitable university degree in law, jurisprudence, social work, economics or equivalent knowledge acquired through work in the field. Alternatively, you have other qualifications combined with relevant work experience deemed equivalent by the employer. - You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, in Swedish.
