The service is permanent and scope 100%. The tasks with us are varied. You work to provide support and service based on the user's individual needs, resources and opportunities and are responsible for ensuring that they receive good care in their home. Medical tasks may occur and are given on delegation by medically responsible staff after completing internal training. You work with the individual's needs at the center and have the user in focus. Documentation is an important task and you are responsible for documenting in the user's journal according to the Social Services Act. The working hours are varied and you work according to a schedule day, evening and weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. -experience of working with people -You should have a good command of the Swedish language in speech, writing and reading comprehension - have good digital skills It is an advantage if you are a trained nurse Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
