The home care service works with the individual's needs at the center and has the user in focus. Working in the home care service involves varied tasks where you help people in their own homes, but also in outdoor environments. Common tasks include preparing meals, dressing and undressing, and personal hygiene. Accompanying people on walks, providing relief and providing services are also part of your duties. After working for some time, medical tasks may become relevant and are then given on delegation by medically responsible staff after completing internal training and when you feel ready. You will be offered a practical introduction so that you feel confident about your future duties. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you who apply for the position have an interest in working with people, an ambition to provide good treatment and have a desire to learn and develop in your work. It is an advantage if you are an assistant nurse, have other health care training or experience of working in health care. You should master the Swedish language in speech, writing and reading comprehension, as it involves contact with users, relatives, documentation and reading information that affects the work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A B driving license is a requirement.
