The role of business developer is an important piece of the puzzle in the municipality's work with digitization and development with the help of IT. You will work on a team basis linked to the municipality's management objects. The core of the teams consists of resources such as management managers and IT management managers. In the role of business developer, you spend a lot of time out in our administrations, capturing needs and wishes to translate them into smart practical solutions that help to streamline the administrations' processes. You will work closely with the business to build relationships and networks that strengthen and support management and business needs, and identify any problems and issues that underpin the need for business development. You will lead and participate in various types of development and deployment projects, procurements, feasibility studies and workshops. You will also participate in various collaboration forums with other municipalities and external actors. You will work with change management, process mapping, continuous improvements and development of processes and working methods in both existing business systems and new systems. QUALIFICATIONS For this role we are looking for you who have: - Academic education with a focus on systems science/digital transformation. Alternatively, you have other education in combination with relevant work experience that the employer considers equivalent. We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience from the public sector. - Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - B driving license It is an advantage if you have knowledge and work experience in: - Project management - Change management - Benefit assessment - Requirements gathering As a person, you are a team player with the ability to keep several things in the air. You have a service-oriented approach and good communication skills. You have the ability to think long-term and analytically to translate complex problems into innovative solutions.
