The group home is located in central Boden. In the group home there are a total of 6 places for users with varying disabilities and assistance needs. The service is permanent, but probationary employment may be applied. Welcome with your application! WORK TASKS You will have an increased responsibility and act as a support for holistic approach, individual focus, development and coordination. The role includes being part of the team around all users and working systematically to ensure quality and develop the business from an individual and group perspective. Supports the unit manager in improvement and development work. Has a special responsibility for the group home's routines and working methods and ensures that these are followed by acting as a culture bearer and guide in everyday life. It is a great advantage that you are specialized or have knowledge in psychiatry, LSS, addiction. You work closely with the users and ensure that they have good living conditions. A large part of the work involves motivating the users to be as active as possible so that they can achieve their full potential and feel part of society and that they have a meaningful existence. The group home is staffed 24 hours a day, with a total of 12 staff working there day/evening and every other weekend. There are also two colleagues who work permanent night shifts. You will work day and evening hours, Monday-Sunday. Nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists are also part of the Housing and Support team. You will also have contact with other actors such as trustees, relatives and HSL staff within the Region. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in disability, neuropsychiatry, pedagogy or other education that the employer finds equivalent. For example, you may be a social worker, behavioral scientist, support educator, occupational therapist, treatment assistant or equivalent education. We would like you to have experience of working with neuropsychiatric disabilities and substance abuse. You are sensitive to the needs of others, show good treatment, have good cooperation skills and see change as a challenge. The work includes documentation, so you should have good documentation experience and good computer skills as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language. In your introduction, you will learn more about our internal systems. You should have good interpersonal skills and be a team player. Communication between colleagues is an important basis for your work. You are stable and confident in your professional role, consistent, structured, able to anticipate upcoming problems, find solutions and be educational in your work with users.
