WORK TASKS You will work with needs assessment, decide on assistance according to the Social Services Act for the first time at home after short-term stay. The service also involves working with colleagues and the manager to coordinate decided efforts when planning a return home. Investigation of individual needs is done according to IBIC. The assignment as an assistance officer in the home departure team involves enabling a safe and secure return home for people who have stayed at the short-term residence. The work means that you help the individual in a legally secure way to feel safe and secure in connection with the return to their own accommodation. QUALIFICATIONS Social worker or higher education with a focus on social care or other higher education that is considered equivalent. Experience of exercising authority in social work is a merit.
