WORK TASKS You will work with needs assessment, decide on assistance according to the Social Services Act for the first time at home after short-term stay. The service also involves working with colleagues and the manager to coordinate decided efforts when planning a return home. Investigation of individual needs is done according to IBIC. The assignment as an assistance officer in the home departure team involves enabling a safe and secure return home for people who have stayed at the short-term residence. The work means that you help the individual in a legally secure way to feel safe and secure in connection with the return to their own accommodation. You see opportunities, you thrive on collaborating with colleagues and the manager, and you handle cases decisively and with judgment. QUALIFICATIONS Social worker or higher education with a focus on social care or other higher education that is considered equivalent. Experience of exercising authority in social work is a merit. Qualities we are looking for in you: The work requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Your ability to cooperate is good, you have a responsive approach and communicate clearly as well as pedagogically. The role of authority requires a good ability to make objective and factual assessments and to make clear decisions in accordance with current regulations and case law. Social skills and empathy are important qualities. You see opportunities in every situation and are responsible and flexible. You also have good interpersonal skills. A B driving license is required.
