The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your main task is to prepare lunch and dinner for the retirement homes and lunch for the restaurant at Björken. We cooperate within the organization, so you may work in another kitchen when the need arises. We hold workplace meetings where we share experiences, develop the business and work together with the work environment. The assignment includes routines in the kitchen's self-monitoring based on its HACCP, portion statistics, web-based ordering of food and kitchen consumables. The temporary position is full-time with vacation employment daytime 38.25 hours / week, 2 weekends out of 5. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained chef or have other training in combination with experience in the kitchen, which the employer considers equivalent. You have basic IT skills to handle orders, smartphone, personnel systems and communication via email as well as good ability to orally and in writing hand over and receive documentation in Swedish and to work according to written routines. Meritorious is the upper secondary school's Restaurant and Food program, knowledge of special food, training or experience in cleaning, B-driving license.
