We are now looking for a communicator with a focus on internal communication in the municipal organization. The position is located within the municipal management administration (KLF), with placement at the Department of Democracy, Communication and Security (DKS). We work on behalf of the municipal management with strategic communication, marketing and information issues. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Communications Unit (KOMM) is responsible for the municipality's overall strategic and operational communications work. We work to constantly develop and improve communication both internally and externally. We manage two brands in parallel, the organization Boden municipality and the place brand Boden, which together will strengthen and build a positive image of Boden. As an internal communicator, you will be a central part of our operational internal communication work for our four administrations and just over 2,700 employees. With the strategy in place, your focus is on creating and coordinating communication in everyday life, from idea to finished content. You will work closely with colleagues and staff across the organization, using dialogue as a tool to create engagement and participation. One of your main channels is the intranet, where you have an editorial role and responsibility for developing content and structure to truly support the business. You will also contribute to strengthening the employer brand internally and thereby also externally, in close cooperation with the HR department. The work is varied and involves producing texts, presentations and simple graphics, and you are largely self-driven, while at the same time having the whole of KOMM's expertise and support behind you. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: - You have a university degree in media and communication or other equivalent education and/or several years of experience deemed equivalent by the employer. - You have some years of experience in communication work in general. Preferably with a focus on internal communication in or for larger organizations. - A B driving license is also required. - The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English. It is meritorious if you: - A basic ability to express yourself in writing is desirable as text production is part of the daily work. - You have worked with and in various digital channels and platforms, such as intranets and websites. - It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the Adobe package.
