At present, we are about 75 employees. We are now looking for a chef for Bredåker's preschool kitchen, which is a cooking kitchen located in the village of Bredåker, outside Boden. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your main task is to prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks for approx. 2 preschool departments. We collaborate within the business so you may work in another kitchen when the need arises. We hold workplace meetings where we share experiences, develop the business and work together with the work environment. The assignment includes routines in the kitchen's self-monitoring based on its HACCP, portion statistics, web-based ordering of food and kitchen consumables. The service means that 75% of the working hours you work as a chef in the kitchen, 25% of the working hours you work in a children's group, where you participate in the educational activities. Scheduled working hours, scope 100%, daytime QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained chef or have other training in combination with experience in the kitchen, which the employer considers equivalent. You have basic IT skills to handle orders, smartphone, personnel systems and communication via email as well as good ability to orally and in writing hand over and receive documentation in Swedish and to work according to written routines. Meritorious is the upper secondary school's Restaurant and Food program, knowledge of special food, training or experience in cleaning, B-driving license.
