JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for someone who wants to be responsible for developing and organizing school library activities and services. You will be involved in creating, coordinating and implementing reading promotion activities and programs for students of different ages. You will work with teachers to integrate library resources into their teaching. You will evaluate and update the library's collection and digital resources. The role also includes creating and leading activities such as workshops and information sessions for students and staff. Using Social Media (Skolan i Boden), you will also work to raise awareness of the power of reading and the role of the library as a learning and creative environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have; - Education in library science, pedagogy or similar. - Previous experience of working in a school library or similar environment is an advantage. - Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for promoting reading and learning. - Ability to work independently and in teams, and to engage students and staff. - Good IT skills and experience with digital learning resources.
