The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. JOB DUTIES The tasks include -teaching violin and viola to children and young people individually and in groups -Leading and participating in our orchestra activities, which can take place both day and evening. -Teaching in our string program El Sistema -Lead teaching at different levels and in different genres. -Actively participate in recruitment to build and maintain a stable student base. -Work with colleagues to plan and implement teaching, performances and public programs. -You will participate in various working groups and processes to develop a relevant and inspiring cultural school for children and young people. -Our collaboration with the aesthetic program means that it may sometimes be relevant with instrumental teaching with individual students in the aesthetic program. The position may include a basic course, where staff from the cultural school together with the class teacher conduct music lessons in grades 2 and 3. All work with children and adult cooperation must be permeated by the preschool/school's core values, norms and values. QUALIFICATIONS We consider it a merit that you have a music teacher's degree or other education/experience that is considered equivalent. You should also have -have proven experience in teaching children and young people -be well versed in different genres and styles -Has a solid musical background. -has good IT skills Driving license and own car are required as teaching takes place at schools in the municipality.
