WORK TASKS The work consists of planning, investigation, processing and documentation, decision-making, follow-up of interventions and other exercise of authority. The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. The team's employees are committed people who are driven to make a difference with their work. This position is one of two administrators who work with providing support to primarily adults with abuse / dependence and / or mental illness, there may also be elements of tasks in the Domestic Violence area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who want to develop with us in our meaningful work for families in Boden. You who apply for the position have a social worker degree or equivalent education and preferably experience as a social secretary in the exercise of authority. It is an advantage if you have experience of working in the exercise of authority aimed at adults and are well anchored in the area's legislation regarding interventions in the Social Services Act (SoL) and current coercive legislation (LVU & LVM). You should be confident in your professional role and have a desire to develop the business together with your colleagues. You are structured and enjoy working together, but at the same time have the ability to work independently and solution-focused.
