The position of digital marketer is located within the municipal management administration (KLF), with placement at the Department for Democracy, Communication and Security (DKS) at the Communications Unit (KOMM). We work on behalf of the municipal management with strategic communication, marketing and information issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Communication Unit (COMM) is responsible for the overall strategic and operational communication work of the municipality. We work to constantly develop and improve communication both internally and externally. We manage two brands in parallel, the organization Boden municipality and the place brand Boden, which together will strengthen and build a positive image of Boden.
As a digital marketer at KOMM, you will be a key person in developing and driving Boden municipality's digital presence. We are in an exciting growth phase where digital communication plays an important role in everything from attracting new residents, strengthening our brands and creating engagement around everything that happens in Boden to continuing to be at the forefront of digital marketing.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, produce and publish content for digital channels with a focus on audience targeting and impact.
- Work strategically on digital campaigns in social media, search and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns and content based on data and analytics.
- Develop and nurture the municipality's digital channels from website to social media.
- Contribute with business intelligence and trendspotting in digital communication and marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- You have a university degree in media and communication or other equivalent education and/or several years of experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Good experience in digital marketing. Preferably in both paid and organic reach on platforms such as Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- You have knowledge of marketing automation and digital analytics.
- Strong sense of language, image and communication in digital channels.
- You have good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- You have good knowledge of Swedish, and basic knowledge of English. Both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Basic knowledge of web development, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with publishing tools such as SharePoint, WordPress or Sitevision.
- B driving license.
