We are now looking for 3 Labor Market Coaches who want to be involved in developing this important work with us. About the assignment As a Labor Market Coach, you work practically and individually with people who need support to approach the labor market. You coach, motivate and follow up participants in activities aimed at strengthening the individual's prerequisites for work, studies or other sustainable step changes. The assignment means that you work closely with the participant both individually and in groups, but also in collaboration with JobbCenter's labor market consultants, social services and other partners. The work is about creating structure, building trust, clarifying expectations and supporting the individual in concrete steps forward. Your work tasks Among other things, you will: - Coach motivate and empower participants in their path towards work, study or other activity. - Help participants create routines around times, attendance, planning and responsibilities. - Supporting participants and receiving workplaces in activities, job training, internships or other work-oriented initiatives. - Monitor the participant's attendance, progress, motivation and need for support and document this in a legally secure and structured way. Who are you? We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to people and who believe in each individual's opportunity to develop. You are confident in meeting people who may have different experiences, conditions and support needs. You find it easy to build relationships, but can also be clear about frameworks, expectations and responsibilities. You need to be able to motivate, support and follow up participants even when development takes place in small steps. The role suits you who enjoy working practically, solution-focused and close to both individuals and workplaces. You are good at collaborating with colleagues, other workplaces, authorities and other actors. QUALIFICATIONS You have completed at least upper secondary education and have skills and experience in one or more of the following areas - Social Work, Behavioral Science, Education, Labor Market, Treatment, Coaching or other education / experience that the employer considers equivalent. Working in digital systems and the Office environment comes naturally to you. We want you to have a B driving license. It is an advantage if you have experience in: - Working with people who are distant from the labor market, have income support, illness, disability, harmful use, crime, language barriers or other support needs. - Work in municipal labor market activities, internships, job training or workplace-based efforts. - Motivational interviewing, Supported Employment, solution-focused approach or similar methods. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent. Due to the nature of the work, an extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment.
