The preschool is centrally located with proximity to the center, nice green areas, forest and playgrounds. There is every opportunity to make exciting excursions in the local environment together with the children. WORK TASKS At OB-childcare, we take care of children aged 1-12 years when guardians work during inconvenient working hours. The business is open 17.00-08.00 on weekdays, full days Saturday / Sunday and red holidays. The activities focus on safety and well-being. The children should have the feeling that they are at home with adults who take care of their needs. The tasks include simple cooking, playing with children both indoors and outdoors, putting children to sleep, waking children, changing children's diapers and light cleaning and laundry. You will have close contact with caregivers. You will receive a thorough introduction to the work. All work shifts are scheduled. You should be prepared to work on peak days and holidays such as Christmas, Easter and Midsummer as well as the summer months. You must be able to arrive at the workplace within 30 minutes if you have a standby shift. All shifts are scheduled on a 4-week rolling schedule. Description of work schedule as it looks at present: Scheduled working hours about 65%. You work varying shifts with daytime on weekends (every other weekend), evening and standby evening. You always work together with another colleague evening and weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a completed secondary education. We are looking for you who have experience with children and/or previous experience working with children. You have a good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written. You should be able to take responsibility and make your own decisions as required in the situation. You are solution-oriented, flexible and able to take your own initiative. You must be able to act independently based on written procedures. You must be easy to work with and have the ability to maintain good relations with children and guardians. Previous experience of working with children/people with special needs is an advantage. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
