WORK TASKS Usual tasks that occur in health and social care. In Staff Pool Night you work in all our areas of activity Home Care, Housing and Support and Retirement Homes and Short-term. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing and care program or nursing assistant training or interest in working with people. It would be an advantage if you have experience of working in health and social care. You are confident in documenting and using various systems needed in the work. You should have a good command of the Swedish language in speech, writing and reading comprehension, as it involves contact with users, relatives, documentation and reading of information related to the work. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of handling medication and have had medication delegation. Working in the Staff Pool places great demands on your ability to be flexible, therefore great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. This is compensated with a salary supplement that is SEK 2500 / month on a full-time basis. To work in the staff pool at night, it is a requirement that you have a B driving license.
