Social services are to identify needs before they become too great and be where people are. Based on this, we are now looking for two new field services with a focus on children / young people. Team Stöd is the individual and family care's overall open care consisting of several different activities. We work with the implementation of interventions in multi-competent teams with the aim of achieving a functioning whole for the individual / family. We are also responsible for some outreach and preventive work. The team includes therapists specializing in children, young people and adults. Team support also consists of some external activities with different specializations. Individual and family care applies working time reduction by one hour per day during the project period until 2027-12-31. WORK TASKS We are looking for 2.0 field workers with a focus on children / young people to complement and expand our work among children / young people both in the individual efforts and in the preventive work. The plan is that these two positions will form a team that works primarily with young people at home in need of psychosocial support. The work should be close to everyday life and intensive in order to support the young person to a more lasting and positive change. The tasks also include some outreach and preventive work, parental information, parental support training, etc. You should have an interest in working with children/young people and their networks, enjoy collaborating with other actors to achieve success in the work and have a desire to support people in vulnerable situations. Working hours are daytime except for one weekday evening a week and two weekend evenings a month. QUALIFICATIONS Social worker, behavioral scientist or other education deemed adequate by the employer. Experience of working with children, young people and families is an advantage.
