Read more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden For Asterix-Omega, we are looking for a habilitation staff for work in the afternoon and evening as the children are at school during the day. The service includes on-call activities that involve night work 4-6 nights / month Asterix-Omega are two separate activities but with essentially the same user group. Asterix is the municipality's leisure activities for children / young people over 12 years of age who have a diagnosis within the personal circles within LSS. The activities are conducted mornings and afternoons on weekdays, i.e. before and after school based on parents' needs. Omega is our short-term stay for the same target group. Based on decisions, we implement relief days for the parents. An important task is to "match" the user group in the best way to make the stay as good as possible for the user. You will work in both operations. There is a possibility to work less than 100%. 1 place(s). WORK TASKS We are now looking for a new employee who wants to continue developing the business together with us. The role includes being part of the team around the user and you work systematically to ensure quality and develop the business from an individual and group perspective, have a holistic approach, individual focus, development and coordination. Your mission is to work with the user to create opportunities for the user's development, provide educational guidance and support in all everyday situations, provide nursing and rehabilitation. The work may involve heavy lifting. The work includes systematically documenting and being involved in teamwork where we work together to evaluate the connection between methods, goals and results. Working hours are afternoon, evening and 4-6 nights per month. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have completed the Nursing Program with a focus on psychiatry, or other education that is considered equivalent. Requirements for: - Autism 1,2 and 3 - Experience / training in AAC - Experience in social psychiatry - Pedagogy - Experience in neuropsychiatry Previous work with the target group or short-term leisure activities is an advantage. You have an educational and motivational approach in your work. You are sensitive to the needs of others, show good treatment, have good cooperation skills and see change as a challenge. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. You should also have documentation experience and good computer skills. Based on the needs of the business, we prefer male applicants. A B driving license is a requirement. Strong emphasis on personal suitability. Type of employment: Permanent contract. Duration: Indefinite.
