For Björkbacka we are looking for a habilitation staff. Björkbacka is an LSS group home consisting of two houses and is located in Vittjärv just outside Boden.
The work is mainly at night but includes resource time that may involve some day and evening duty. The resource time and schedule may change before the new schedule period.

WORK TASKS
During the night, you will work alone and be responsible for two houses.
Tasks include supporting residents in their daily lives, leisure activities, and care tasks.
The service includes driving with residents who go on various activities.
At night, the focus is on safety, nursing, supervision, cleaning and laundry.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with education in health and care, children and leisure or other education that is considered equivalent by the employer.
The service is until further notice, with scheduled working hours (night, day, evening and weekends).
As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You will also work well with your manager, colleagues and other professionals, and you will be able to work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care.
A good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. Computer skills and experience of documentation are meritorious as they are part of the job duties. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
B-driving license is a requirement.
