It is scheduled working hours with every other weekend laid on day shifts with sleeping on call according to Appendix J and longer work shifts in general, which gives more days off than traditional schedules. Meritorious is previous experience of work in LSS and knowledge of intellectual disabilities, autism, neuropsychiatry, psychiatry, low-effective treatment and social documentation.
