Scheduling, distribution of tasks. Weekly team meetings. Business development in dialog with the head of unit. Join the museum curator, head of the culture unit and cultural developer in the management team for the culture unit. In collaboration with colleagues in the management team, contribute to developing cultural life in Boden municipality. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in work management. Personal qualities: attentive, communicative and clear, with an unpretentious approach to the task. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Interest in leadership and development issues. Ability to work on the basis of policy documents and to make decisions in your field of activity. A degree in library and information science or an equivalent qualification in the cultural or information field would be an advantage. IT skills and interest in digital developments are an asset.
