Read more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will be the manager of the Competence Supply Unit, which consists of 6 employees as well as the employees in the Personnel Pool and the social administration's hourly workers. This may involve absence planning in the Skills Supply Unit, sick and healthy notification and recruitment of staff coordinators. You are the manager of inconverted employees without permanent placement and the salary-setting manager for all hourly workers. You will also support managers in setting the salaries of new recruits. The work involves daily contact and collaboration with various support functions, heads of operations, heads of unit and basic staff in both strategic and operational matters. The skills supply unit works in the Personec, Winlas and TimeCare business systems. QUALIFICATIONS You have a university degree or other post-secondary education deemed appropriate by the employer. You have experience in leadership, recruitment and skills management. You have knowledge of labor law and human resources issues. You should have experience in municipal or regional operations. Experience of working with personnel planning systems and scheduling would be an advantage. As the work requires interaction with other functions, you will need to be able to adapt easily to changing circumstances and be calm and stable under pressure. Computer literacy is a requirement. You should be positive and enjoy working with people. Be outgoing, have good communication skills and the ability to handle several different tasks in parallel. You must have the ambition to contribute with a high level of service for the organizations. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. A B driving license is a requirement.
