For Housing and Support, we are looking for a number of hourly substitutes who can work day / evening / night and on-call shifts. There may be the possibility of longer substitute work and we are also looking for summer substitutes.

Work in Housing and support, LSS group home or social psychiatry

Duties and responsibilities
In Housing and Support, you can work as Trainee, Habilitation Staff, Rehabilitation Staff.
Here, your users can consist of both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in a group home, assisted living, short-term/leisure home or in the user's own home. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their everyday life, leisure time and care tasks.
The tasks are the usual tasks that occur in health and social care. Scheduled working hours (day, evening and weekends or night and on-call shifts may occur).
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from the Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have worked in healthcare before. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of medication management and have had medication authorization.
As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You will also be able to work well with your manager, colleagues and other professionals, and you will be able to work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care. A good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

A B driving license is an advantage.
